On behalf of the Organising Committee I wish to extend to you a warm southern welcome to the 72nd Annual General and Scientific Meeting of the New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, to be held at The Dunedin Centre, Dunedin, NZ from 15-18 October 2019.
This year we are pleased to share the meeting with the New Zealand Dizziness, Balance and Vertigo Society. Balance disturbance has a significant impact on those affected and we are sure the NZDBVS contribution will bring an added interest to all participating. We also offer a Nurse’s Day on Friday 18th October, this will focus on aspects of nursing care related to or speciality.
We welcome our international keynote speakers; from the UK, Professor Hesham Mehanna, Dr Louisa Murdin, Miss Victoria Ward and from Australia, our good friends Rob Briggs and Alkis Psaltis. They will augment an enjoyable and informative academic programme with relevance to ORL Head and Neck practise in New Zealand. There will be something for everyone at every level.
See you in Dunedin for ORL 2019.
