Dr Amy Fong is a general radiologist with an interest in head and neck. She works part time at Dunedin Public Hospital and Pacific Radiology, as well as teaching medical students for the Dunedin School of Medicine, University of Otago. Her undergraduate degree was received from the University of Melbourne and her radiology training was in Dunedin, New Zealand. She has been examining in the Part 2 Pathology vivas for RANZCR since 2013.
MRI Sequences for Vestibular Schwannoma Screening
Screening for the cause of an asymmetric hearing loss has been shown to be effective with MRI. The options of a short MRI scan of the IAM or full MRI of the head will be briefly discussed in this 5-minute presentation.
